What if my order is not correct?
Every so often mistakes do happen, but we do our best to fix them and correct any issues you may have. If you have noticed that we have made a mistake with your order, please contact firstname.lastname@example.org, and we will look into it. Please include your order reference at all times when e-mailing customer services.
How do I return an order?
Please return all parcels by registered mail in their original condition to the address provided in the return/exchange form, within 14 working days from receipt. Please be sure to clearly mark your return shipment as returned goods on any customs or postal forms. GymSick USA is not financially responsible for shipping charges on returns.
Discounted items are final sale. This also includes items purchased through a promotion code. Please make sure you purchase the correct style, size and color!

How do I make an exchange?
If you need to make an exchange, the items must be in their original condition and sent to the address provided in the return/exchange form, within 30 days from receipt. Contact email@example.com prior to mailing the package to ensure the desired item will be available. Please be sure to clearly mark in the form that an exchange is needed. GymSick USA is not financially responsible for shipping charges on shipment back to headquarters.
Please remember discounted items or items purchased with a promo code are final sale and not eligible for an exchange.
How do we accept returns?
We are happy to refund any purchases provided they are returned by registered mail in their original condition, to the address below, within 14 working days from receipt. Please be sure to clearly mark your return shipment as returned goods on any customs or postal forms. We will refund any sums that you have paid to us with the exception of postage and packing. Only products that are in their original condition will be refunded, others will be returned to the customers at their own cost. All returns past the 14-day period will be given store credit.
All exchanges are dependent on existing stock. Notice must be given to firstname.lastname@example.org within 14 days for any problems or concerns with merchandise. Items must be in their original packaging, in new condition with both the packing slip and merchandise return form completed. Any store credit we issue will be valid for one year from the date of issuance.
PLEASE NOTE: FOR A FULL REFUND OR EXCHANGE, PRODUCTS MUST HAVE ALL TAGS ATTACHED AND CANNOT BE WORN, WASHED, OR ALTERED IN ANYWAY – MUST BE WITHIN THE 14-DAY TIME PERIOD.
